Welcome to Lower Beeding & Handcross Junior Football Club

 

We are Proud to be an FA CHARTER STANDARD CLUB

The Club are looking to recruit players at Under 12 and Under 14 for next season 2018-19.

Our squad sizes are such that every player will have the opportunity to play every week.

Lower Beeding & Handcross Lions Junior Football Club was re-established ten years ago with the aim of providing football coaching for local children aged from five years upwards. We are a small friendly club and our main aim is to ensure that all younger players get an opportunity to play regular football.

We have just over 100 registered players.The club attracts children mainly from Lower Beeding & Handcross and the surrounding villages of Mannings Heath, Nuthurst, Maplehurst and Cowfold. However, children from all areas are very welcome.

 

The club currently has age groups running from U7's up to U16's and are proud to have received FA Charter Club Standard. In addition to the weekly training sessions and matches throughout the season, Lower Beeding & Handcross Junior Football Club, attend several tournaments.

 

Our goal is for all our individual players to play with pride, good team spirit, commitment and trying to achieve the best at all times.

Objectives - for all individuals to play as a team, win as a team and loose as a team. For all teams to play as a club and the club to celebrate their achievements. The club will strive to include all members to be actively involved in competitive football.

Values - we value each individual player for their effort that they contribute, that support our code of conduct, and all the help and assistance parents and carers give to support the club. We value opportunity for individuals to excel.

Rewards - We reward individuals with praise and encouragement towards meeting our goal, for outstanding ability, for continual effort, for outstanding improvement. and we reward an individual that addresses personal challenges.
